My name is Heather Foster

I’m all about ideas. Big ones, messy ones, the kind that start as doodles on scrap paper and turn into something real. My process always begins with conversation and curiosity. I love sitting down with people, tossing around concepts, sketching them out, and seeing where the spark takes us.

I believe creativity should never live in a vacuum. The best ideas come from collaboration, and I try to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing something, even if it is half-formed. Some of the best projects I have been part of started that way, with a small "what if" that turned into something we were all proud of.

When I am on a team, I naturally fall into the role of helper and encourager. If someone is stuck, I offer to walk through a problem with them or share how I have tackled something similar before. I do not believe in keeping knowledge to myself. If I have learned a trick that makes life easier, I am happy to pass it on. My favorite part of any project is seeing others light up with confidence in their own ideas.

I take pride in combining creativity with purpose. Every design or campaign I work on has to mean something. It should connect with people, make them feel something, or make their lives a little better. I have helped teams grow their reach, refine their voices, and find their rhythm online, but what matters most to me is that we create something we can stand behind together.

Outside of work, animals are a huge part of my life. They keep me grounded, remind me to stay curious, and inspire a lot of my creativity. I think that same patience and empathy shows up in how I work with people too. I like being the kind of person others know they can count on, whether it is for feedback, a new idea, or just a bit of humor to keep things light.

Working with me means you will get someone who is invested in the work, the people, and the energy that makes ideas come alive. I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves, scribble out a new idea, or jump in to help bring a vision to life. At the end of the day, I just love what I do, and I think that shows.
